Yasuo tornado

So I've lost many ranked games because I've thought that my tornado has been up because the ring showing the tornado's range comes up when the ability isn't up. I don't know what's causing this but I've lost tons of lanes and it's indirectly, sometimes directly, lost me games because I think that the tornado is up. I cannot play Yasuo at all because of this champion breaking bug. Fix your damn game, Rito.
