It happened to me too. There might be a way(if you're not the leader) like asking the leader or someone with higher ranking in the club to kick you and invite you again, if that doesn't work try I don't know then. I can't used what I wrote here because I'm the leader of my club and no one can kick me out.

No, I mean that I'm in a club, but I didn't accept the invitation and I'm more than sure nobody hacked my account.

You Fool, thats because when riot fixed the clubs bug or w/e everyone that had an invitation to a club was automatically accepted into that club.
