Mordekasier/Xerath(One in the middle) Bug on Ascension

The bug happens when Mordekaiser's ghost gets the kill on Xerath. Afterwards, nobody gets the ascended buff. Also, as the game progresses, Xerath does not respawn in the middle of the map. I am not sure if the 5 points gets added to the team for killing Xerath or not.
