Momentary game freeze when typing with Chinese input (Windows 10 TH2 1511 November update)

It's just a minor bug. Not sure if it's a league or the OS side problem, but I'm going report it to both.

Description: the game freezes for 1 or 2 s if the users have Chinese/Japanese input on, and trying to type in chat in the League will cause the computer to freeze 1 or 2 s.

Reproduce: 1.Add Chinese input as input method. 2.Start a game 3.Tab out to switch to Chinese input (or don't need to if Chinese is the default) 4. Type in chat 5. Game freezes for 1s or 2s

Workaround: Don't switch to Chinese input while in a game.
