So I submitted a ticked for this kinda?

Well I was looking on the loot for worlds tokens and had a bug happen which I submitted a ticket anyways. But I also noticed that you can get the golden chromas for the sloppy skins and not have the skin. Which makes it a waist of world tokens to get for the most part. And I was wondering why that is?
