RIOT: please acknowledge valid and reproducible bugs when they are posted!

I'm a software engineer. I know how to write good bug reports and I want to help make this game better. And I think someone has the job of reading this forum daily or weekly and skimming it for bugs. But its really hard to care, or feel like I'm making a difference, when all of the bugs I go out of my way to research, reproduce, record, and document just get zero attention or acknowledgement. I'm not even sure they're being read by a Riot employee. I am perfectly aware that bugs take weeks or months to fix, especially low-priority bugs like tooltip bugs and sound bugs. That's why I wish you guys would at least make a reply and say "Thank you for your effort, that seems to be a valid bug, it's now on our issue tracker, we will fix it eventually." Bugs like this and this and this and this. Things that nobody is talking about, I"m worried will just fall thru the cracks and never be seen or read.
