LCS Summoner Icon Problem

So I bought SKT T1 LCS Summoner Icon and pressed CTRL+6 and their logo showed up in the game, but then after a day or so it didn't activate or anything, I pressed CTRL+6 but nothing showed up during a gameplay!! PLS HELP!! IT WAS THE REASON WHY I BOUGHT IT!!!

This isn't a bug. They quit working after worlds ended.
