Accepting a game bug

I'm sure this has been here before, but wanted to put my bug in here I guess so Riot can gather info. I joined solo ranked queue. I was texting, heard the sound go off (it didn't even finish the whole sound) and then stopped. I was looking at my phone for maybe 1 second between it making the sound and me looking up. The queue wasn't there, and I thought someone had declined. I was dropped outta queue, so I tried to requeue. It said I couldn't join because I was a part of an existing game :\ It's not a huge deal. Apparently it didn't effect my promos or anything, but I hope it hasn't messed with someone else's.
