Gold 3 support main LF duo

Currently I'm gold 3, looking for a duo who is gold+ (Ideally plat so that they can teach me a bit about the game so they aren't carrying me) hoping to get Plat 5 before the season ends. My most played is Leona at 211 games, but I can play every "conventional" support except Blitz and Ali. I don't really care what my duo mains, as long as they have a "leader" personality, able to tell the team where to go and what to do. I'm also hoping my duo has the ability to play quite a lot, as I can work whenever I want and don't have a schedule.
