a long-lasting zilean bug (QWQ combo bug)

I've been playing Zilean in both mid and bot lane for several seasons. I'm sure I've got 400 or 500 games on him. There is one bug of his that has existed ever since I can recall playing the champion - it has never been addressed. It happens pretty regularly.

The bug has to do with performing his Q-W-Q combo quickly. If you do Q-W-Q "too quick", the second Q will always cast towards the same location as the first Q despite the mouse cursor having moved since then. It's like the location of the mouse cursor is buffered and used for both casts of Q, sort of like buffering up other abilities. This really screws up quick double bomb stun attempts because the second bomb will not go where you intend, and need, it to go. This bug happens frequently enough to the point that I can recreate it, and thus have to be mindful of it when going for a really fast double bomb.
