Soraka Silence bug

Just had a banshee's vail against a soraka, who could still silence me while removing my banshee's vail. This is because it's set up so that everyone who walks into it gets silenced. I'm not entirely sure if it's intended to do this or not, but the fact is that you still get snared and silenced, and it removes your banshee's vail without ever blocking either of them.
