Mystery Skin Bonus Problem

So I have bought 13 Mystery Items (12 Mystery Skins and 1 Mystery Chest)

And yet I only got 1 bonus Mystery Skin, even thought it's supposed to be 2 bonus Mystery Skins for purchasing 12 of them.

This makes no sense.

Explain, please?

Because I think it's BS how Riot can false advertise like this.

They're not sending them all at once. I bought 75 mystery skins during the event which means I should be getting 12 bonus ones. I've received 10 of them so far. Just keep waiting. ;) You'll get it.
