Forgive me if this has been posted, but I went against a Vladimir who claimed he took Windspeaker's because the TT isn't correct and that it DOES amplify healing on yourself. I haven't done the math, but perhaps this is something that should be looked into. That match was horrible.
woelmuis1 votesThe tooltip says: "Your heals and shields are 10% stronger", so the tooltip isn't incorrect and it does amplify healing.
1 800 MID LANE2 votesI saw afterwards. It does say that it excludes yourself in-game, though. A bug, nonetheless.
EDIT: Turns out that the Vladimir who I spoke of wasn't as OP as I thought. I was just too tired to notice how fed he was when I eventually fought him in teamfights. My bad.
