Malzahar bugs

As one other post mentioned, there's 2 annoying things with his E, malefic visions

One: there's no duration sound after you cast it!!!

Two: Idk, but i've noticed there's a small bug where you can cast ur E on an almost dead or dead minion and it wont transfer to the next minion and go on CD instead.
