Snowball Cancel's Vi's Q

Using snowball to go in after charging up Vi's q, cancels Vi's q.

To repeat this bug on ARAM simply,

1. Hit something with snowball.
2. Hit q to start Vi charge.
3. Follow up snowball.

The q gets canceled and Vi's left hanging. Makes for one lackluster play.
