camera gets lock after TP or viewing locations though mini map....

sometimes after using TP or viewing locations through mini map my cam gets stuck with the champ i can't unlock it through press unlock camera shortcut to fix this i have to close the game reopen it again.... please fix this...

click somewhere on the minimap to refocus the camera and you'll be able to move it again
