Announcer Voice pack
Hi, We like to use bilge water voice pack or Japanese voice packs or other official voice packs without breaking any T&C is there is anyway can we get it officially?? Literally without getting banned••••

There are ways to change voice packs that involves moving files, I haven't done it however, so I'm not sure. if you want to use the official Japanese voice pack, then you need the Japanese client.
with the NA account??? that will be great....
