Weird Sound near nexus Turrets and minion block mid inheb turret

for long time I'm encountering weird audio bug near turrets after it's finished attacking also the audio loop continues.....

and I saw some times minions get stuck under turrets this happens mostly on mid inheb turrets of Red team... PLZ fix it......
