[GAMEPLAY] Both ARAM shopkeepers don't say anything.

Or to be precise, they will say 1 line, and then nothing else. When you first load in and open/leave the shop, they will say one of their lines. For the rest of the game after that, they turn mute.

I could not say exactly when this started happening, but for a couple of patches now is my impression.
