Anivia Ult aoe range is not hitting last tick or even checking for a valid range

Can we get a check on the last tick of Anivia ult no procing like other aoe abilities at that max range. I just played a game where I had two likely kills on the edge of ulti and no dam,age went through but moirgana stun ult can proc outside of ult range, Please diagnose and fix. And if you don't see an issue just check any Anivia game and watch an enemy walk outside of range and not take damage. Literally an out of date aoe ability compared tom all other aoe updates.
