Client Bug _ Kicked Out From Champ Select, Given Dodge Penalty

I had read somewhere about a bug: that persons who have not dodged, but some other random person on their team has dodged, they also get the dodge timer, so I think this might be happening. I was in champion select, solo, normal, draft. I got my lane, declared my champion, and about 2 seconds into banning, was returned to the landing page, as if someone dodged. It then proceeded to tell me that I was the one who dodged, when I most certainly did not, and gave me a penalty.

UPDATE: I just tried again, except this time it was my turn to ban, and it would not allow me to properly ban. I was able to pick my ban choice I hit lock in. Then went to change my masteries. Noticed the timer was still going, so I exited my masteries. The ban button was grayed out, since I had hit it when I choose my ban choice. But it had not actually locked in the choice, like it was stuck. I would not do anything, nothing responded, the timer ran out and I was kicked ... again.
