ARAM - Shop menu randomly popping up mid gameplay

It happens every so often, since the last two updates. I'll have left the shop , closed it and continued to play and randomly the shop will pop up mid game. It could be one minute later, it could be 5. It usually happens mid skill shot , disrupting everything.

The buy is greyed out, and I can close it, but it really gets in the way at the most inopportune times. It happens for the first time today while played Xerath. It happened more than once in the game, I think while trying to Q. That could be a coincidence though. I don't recall what other champs I have used when this happened.

I haven't caught a screen of it yet, but I will make sure to try.
