Ziggs Ult can proc Guardian + Ardent Censer Frenzy from 5000 units away yay!!!
Since Guardian has two paragraphs one that deals with allied targeting and one that deals with straight up allied range was trying to read bout it and use to see if the 2nd paragraph was additional clarity or separate. Whether a champ like ziggs having no allied spells can just use range alone to proc it and it works that way and I believe it is suppose to just wanted to check; but while doing that noticed that my ultimate actually spell target procced it on my cait and then procced my ardent censer on my cait in her fight vs kogmaw from long long long away. yay. Pretty sure that wasnt what a typical person would expect when reading how guardian works, curious if its a bug or intended. Haven't tried tossing other spells such as satchel or mines at my allies. Noticed the ultimate procced it on cast not on arrival. I spammed pause to make sure to catch the buffs in the buff/debuff bar on the cait so I could hover them. its linked.

Edit: April 1st. I went into tutorial and spawned an allied dummy near red and then got red attacking him. And noticed this works on Ziggs Q, his E and his R. Not his W. all 3 of those will proc the guardian when cast at ally from out of range. Perhaps they treating it like nami passive for whatever odd reason where cast anything u want at an ally. except the satchel. wonder if it works with other champs and spells. news to me. wouldn't have expected this based on spell wording.
