[CLIENT] Club chat setting "Autojoin on Startup" is not functioning

In the chat window for the Club feature of the client, the setting "Autojoin on Startup" under "Edit your chat preferences" is not functioning. It currently cannot be toggled while the other option, "Show Time Stamp" can.

To reproduce:

1. Log in to the League client on an account joined to a club.
2. In the top right corner of the club chat window, direct the cursor to "Edit your chat preferences" option menu located under the bronze gear and open the menu.
3. Attempt to toggle the option "Autojoin on Startup"
4. Observe that the expected result, the option losing the check mark and the client not autojoing, does not occur.

This error persist after restart of the client and should be able to be regularly reproduced.
