[POSSIBLE BUG] Vi's dash sometimes goes wrong way - help me replicate?

I've been playing Vi for over a month now (I think) and I have a 70% win ratio with her right now in Ranked solo. I say that to say - I know this champ well enough to not be making "noob" mistakes. However, I can't prove this is happening as it is sporatic and I can't seem to record and play at the same time right now (Mac issues ftw!).

I do not know if it is skin related (I play her with Debonair mostly, but I can't say if this has happened on Officer as well). I've never played her without a skin.

When this issue happens, it happens maybe twice a game. Some games it doesn't happen at all.

What's happening is that when I charge up Q for a gank, on occassion she will be running the correct way (and mouse positioned where it needs to be because I'm watching the blue arrow), but on release she will turn around and dash in the exact opposite direction to where I was aiming. This has happened at least once in all three lanes.

1. I have smart cast on. This means that I hold Q to charge, and get the blue indicator while holding it. As stated, I will make sure the arrow is pointed in the right direction, and as this happens on ganking, usually I'm also already running in that direction. I also almost always let it charge fully, but I believe I've had that opposite dash happen on a short dash while trying to catch the ever-juking skuttler.

2. I do tend to click to move while charging. Unknown if this is any cause.

I am looking for either confirmation that someone else has witnessed this, or someone to help me try to replicate it in game that can record.
