Recent computer update installation fked over crap, help?

Recently my computer restarted to install a new update. After it finished installing I noticed everything was zoomed in rlly wierd. I got used to it after awhile, but there's one unfixable problem: When in-game, when I open the shop, I cant see the items I currently have in my inventory, which makes it impossible to sell and refund items, meaning if I buy an item I'm stuck with it for the whole duration of the game. This is extremely unproductive and hurts my gameplay, making me unable to start with any dorans items or itemize against my lane opponent, or refund an accidental purchase. Going boots 4 pots or long sword 3 pots is not the best start for every champion, but I'm forced to do it since these items build into core items.

I NEED TO KNOW HOW I CAN FIX THIS SOMEHOW, WHETHER IT BE HOW TO UNDO A COMPUTER UPDATE OR WHATEVER. I CAN NOT PLAY THE GAME GOOD WITH THIS PROBLEM. PLEASE HELP.
