singed ult bug?
When you get lvl 3 ult on singed is anyone else only getting 50 movent speed instead of 80? This has been happening for the last 6 games or so for me, is this happening for anyone?

I never get the health regen, the ult does not seem to work right more than half the time. Sometimes I get partial regen or movement speed but never the amount I am supposed to and it makes it more difficult to play.
Movement speed in this game has a few soft caps, one at 415 and another at 490. Once you reach one of these soft caps, every additional point of MS becomes less effective.
To be exact, once you reach 415 MS, every additional point is reduced to 80% effectiveness, and once you reach 490 MS, every additional point is reduced to 50% effectiveness.
