Auto Loss for Promos!

Hey! I'm playing my promo games to get to the next tier and after i just finished one of them I go and try to que for an other one. Instead it gave me a message that saying i was in an existing game and could not que me for my match. I then restarted the LoL client to see if that would fix it. When logging in I was booted out of my promos and back down to 85lp. This is a weird bug and I am wondering if anyone else had this happen to them?

I've had something similar happen in Normals, but I never relogged I just fiddled about (looking at shop, my profile etc) and when it came my turn to pick I instantly came to the lobby. I'm not sure why it happens but it does and you instaloss your promos because according to the system you dodged a game during promos so much sorry
