Me and 3 others don't load into a ranked game. Is it a coincidence?

I was in a ranked game and one guy "wasn't loading", which was actually my game freezing and me not realizing. I joined in 12 minutes into a game. I was afraid to exit believing i may get put in low priority queue (of course i did anyways) I would believe it was through the fault of my computer except 2 other people were disconnected. I dont know about one of the players but the other had THE **EXACT SAME PROBLEM ** So i don't know how to contact riot and i do not think this is through fault of my own and do not want to have to wait 20-minutes between matches for something that isn't my fault. I dont know how long it takes for a riot worker to check it but it still bothers me that it happened in the first place and i want an explination
