Issues with blue buff resetting on first clear (sion)

Have you ever thought "WOW, my blue buff reset 4 times in a row, someone might be hacking the game!", if so I have the thread for you.

As Sion , I have recently had issues clearing blue buff. Primarily when I have someone leash me, and the reset always happens after I stun the buff. One particular game caused me an extreme amount of pain. It happened when I took Decimating Smash (q) first on Sion instead of my typical choice, soul furnace (W).

I have the replays saved but I am struggling to find a good way to send them. The replays save to my computer, but I do not know of a way to view them outside of LoL client.

Is anyone else having problems with buff resets? It recently ruined my last game where it took me until 5 minutes in to the game to finally kill my blue buff (with the help of my level 4 ADC, whilst I was still a mere lvl 1). So, 5 minutes into the game I hit level two, becoming utterly useless to my team while Aatrox ravaged my jungle. This is extremely problematic, especially with me planning on taking Sion jungle to ranked.
