Karthus Death defied Ascension Glitch
in Ascension if Karthus dies on the sun dial (where Xerath is) he can pick up the trinket when he is in his passive state he will be revived and wil ascend like he never died

Yeah that happened with a Kog maw that I killed. Just ran up during his passive to the dial thing and became ascended and acted like he never died.
