please stop putting me in the lobby with randomized summoner spells.

few patches ago everytime i get in the lobby ill have some random sommoner spell that i didnt have last game, like just now. last game i had ignite and flash and when i get in a new lobby my ignite is changed to smite (im not jg im mid) for some reason, sometimes ill randomly have tp or heal too and i have to keep changing my spells back almost every new game. i this a bug? why has it been going on for so long i havent made a post about because i assumed it would be fixed by now. is anyone else having this issue?
