Hextech Rewards Disappeared?

I had 2 Skins. Opened another chest today and received a 3rd skin.

The first 2 skins have disappeared, and I never activated them or anything.

Anyone else have this problem, or know exactly what happened?

Check out the Hextech Crafting Guide to make sure you're not confused about how something works.

If it still seems a shard disappeared without you rerolling, disenchanting, or otherwise activating it, submit a Support Ticket and they'll look into it.
