Get into Champ select Screen and the Client goes BLACK

This is not the First time something like this has happened.

I que up for a game. This one just so happened to be ranked. Window pops up to hit Accept. Click on it.... takes you to a BLACK screen. Nothing loads after waiting and you hear all your chances to ban lost. NOTHING loads and all you're left to do is click the X button to exit the client. Forced to a loss of LP and a leave timer for "leaving".

Again this is not the first time it has happened where the champ select screen is bugged.
