[GAMEPLAY] [INDICATOR] Lulu Q indicator broken on death for at least 3 months

Every time Lulu dies, the indicator that is supposed to show the glitterlance bolt originating from Pix stops appearing (although the Q still launches from both Looloo and Pix).

It remains that way until Pix is placed on another unit (and is still broken at that point), fixing itself only when Pix returns 4-6 seconds later.

This has a 100% reproducibility rate and has been broken since at least 2018.05.02, most likely much longer (though probably not as long as a year).

• Try to use Q while showing the indicator
• Place E on something
• Wait for Pix to return
• Try to use Q again with indicator
