Nasus gains Siphoning Strike stacks upon killing Illaoi tentacles

While playing Illaoi vs Nasus top lane i noticed he was gaining stacks by killing my tentacles. I don't know if this is a bug or intended bgut it allowed him to be hit by my e and avoid the damage by running away. The tentacles that spawned b/c he was a vessel gave him the ability to gain stacks safely and easily without worrying about harassment. Shouldn't this be fixed as his ability description says "If Siphoning Strike kills its target, Nasus permanently gains 3 stacks of Siphoning Strike, doubled to 6 stacks if the victim was a champion, large minion or large monster."

I'd imagine this is intended. Nasus gains stacks for killing everything; minions, champs, wards, yorick gouls, towers, inhibs, even the nexus.

Nasus does this to wards, Teemo shrooms, and almost every other thing you can kill with an auto attack. It's not a bug, as Nasus is killing the tentacles with his Q.

Thats intended. He can stack things like the rot portal and heim turrets, regular turrets, wards, teemo shrooms, yorick ghosts, etc.

I noticed this too and it was very upsetting haha, he gets free stacks off you just existing near him. The only good thing about this is, I would set up in a spot with 2 tentacles and stay there waiting for him to try and make a move. Illaoi is a great bully so if he went for Minions, he would get slapped with Q, if he went for my Tentacles, Id E+W+Q him and take out 60% of his Hp. He may get stacks off my tentacles, but my tentacles take his life as payment.

he also get stack on wards, voidspawns, donger turrets, GP barrels, etc.
