Delay when calling lanes

The second I get into the lobby (which is immediately) I call my lane twice, but it's delayed by like 3 seconds so I see other people call their lanes while it's waiting to send my message so that I don't get my lane. It used to work fine until the new patch, I have no idea what's going on.

I call my lane, it doesn't show up, other people call their lanes, then it finally shows up. Sometimes I even get banned from chat when I try to call my lane
