[GAMEPLAY] Blitz's hook only drags enemy 10% of the way

I didn't test this on humans yet, I was playing bots for the first win of the day bonus IP and I had this happen twice in a row with 2 different champs, Jarvan and Zyra. It was near the mid lane turret next to the stairs, and their 'drag' was like canceled right as it started. The hook did hit, as it made the noise, the animation of the grab played and the hand did not come back to blitz. Unfortunately the game mode doesn't support replays. Never had this before the patch.
