Cannot log in to submit a support ticket
Steps:
- Click login
- it takes me to the login page, then immediately redirects to the "email verification failed" page, and claims the system has sent a verification email. It hasn't, because it doesn't know either my account name or my email.
- Cleared cache, refreshed page, etc. Problem persisted.
On Windows 10 in Chrome. I guess I can try Internet Exploder, but I'm going to hate myself for it.
Can't submit a support ticket about this exact issue, because I can't login to the support page, so I can't submit a ticket about the issue I actually care about.
Edit: I can login in IE, but it then tells me I need to verify my email (I don't - I've already done this) and it refuses to actually send the email, despite telling me that it has done so. I have confirmed that the registered email is the email I was checking. I have also checked my eg spam folder, and it's not there either. It ain't user error.
