Support system claims my email is unverified and will not send verification email

First of all, I can't even log in to the support page on Chrome - it immediately redirects to telling me I need a verified email without presenting me with the login page.

I can log in on IE, but then it tells me I need a verified email to proceed (the email has been verified in the past, but whatever).

It claimed to have sent a verification email to the registered email address (I confirmed that I was checking the correct email). No such email arrived, in inbox, spam, etc. I manually told it to send a verification email. Similarly, no such email arrived.

I can't submit a support ticket about this, nor can I submit a support ticket about what I actually care about.

Edit: I'm gonna post one of these every day until something happens.

Hi Odreiw! You can submit a support ticket without logging in by selecting "I need help recovering my account" (submit link: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new)

If it's a bug we'll help you sort it out :D Another thing worth noting is that your summoner name and your username are different, so when you go to log in to the support site make sure you're using your username if you're not already (if you forget what it is, it's probably saved in the client when you launch it)
