Support system claims my email is unverified and will not send verification email
First of all, I can't even log in to the support page on Chrome - it immediately redirects to telling me I need a verified email without presenting me with the login page.
I can log in on IE, but then it tells me I need a verified email to proceed (the email has been verified in the past, but whatever).
It claimed to have sent a verification email to the registered email address (I confirmed that I was checking the correct email). No such email arrived, in inbox, spam, etc. I manually told it to send a verification email. Similarly, no such email arrived.
I can't submit a support ticket about this, nor can I submit a support ticket about what I actually care about.
