[GAMEPLAY?] Skin Boost Blues

Sometimes the skin boost wont register on ARAM, and won't let a team member pick a skin. It also will allow that team member to boost a second time. I don't know if it unlocks more skins, gives a second IP boost, or what.

1. Queue ARAM
2. Skin boost

I don't know if its totally random or happens to an unsuspecting team member when a skin boost happens.
