Pre-game loading screen freeze & Inability to pick enemy team champ in Nemesis

Played a game of Teambuilder today and chose Mordekaiser. Pre-game loading screen froze at 17% and 2 other teammates weren't even loaded up. Instantly restarted client and relaunced match only to be met with the same issue. So I waited, thinking it was a temporary halt. 5 minutes later nothing changed so I rebooted again. Finally get into game and I'm 12 minutes behind against a Rengar that apparently decided to wreck our whole team 8 times.

We surrender and I get a 'Leavebuster' message asking me to "Promise to never leave again". Are you fucking serious!?!?!?!

So I say, "Fuck Teambuilder" and launch Nemesis mode. After enduring the pain of watching first pick ban Karthus, Gangplank, and Mordekaiser, I finally get to choose for the enemy team. As I select Soraka (who wasn't banned) for the enemy team to struggle with, I notice that it neither selects her nor does it even acknowledge my cursor over her, or any other champion's, image and collectively fucks over my pick option.

Needless to say, I was kicked from the lobby for "Failing to select a champion" and was placed on a 15-minute ban.

What the actual fuck is going on, Riot?

Back to back bugs after I just spent 3800 RP on champions and skins that I couldn't play for an accumulative 30 minutes now.

The pre-game freezes aren't new, are extremely annoying, and something should be done about it or the fucking loading screen to let us know when we're just wasting time watching images on a ~~fucking ~~black backdrop to freeze to infinity. After wasting 5 minutes making sure that we don't needlessly have to relaunch the client (which takes another 3 minutes just to wait another 5 minutes for the match loading screen to put us in game) we're already down 13 minutes and had no idea the match even started! Then we, as players, get penalized for doing absolutely nothing wrong!

And don't even get me started on Nemesis mode. I don't even know what the fuck that bullshit bug was but a 15 minute ban due to a client error seems like a piece of shit move.

TL;DR My LoL experience today: 15 minute pre-match loading screen, followed by a surrender and 'Leavebuster' making me promise to "Never do that again"; immediately afterwards a 'Nemesis' mode bug disallowed me to select a champion for the enemy team, kicked me for 'Failing to select a champion', and banned me for 15 minutes. 30 minutes of my life wasted because of Riot's mistakes. -_-

Other bug obversations:

-Jinx character model freezes over Scuttlebug Baron-side if she kills it -Justicar Syndra orb radiations stay on-screen until another orb is used -Dragon Scuttlebug shell is visible in the 'temp-speed' area after it's death -Astronautilus galaxy aura is gigantic.
