MMR Seems to be bugged

Hey riot, I'm basicaly losing all my games today, yet the people I end up being paired with are low elos, and i get matched up against higher elos every time...

How is this working? My MMR should be dropping hard, yet I seem to face a bunch of diamonds instead of golds....
