being placed into a ranked game while selcting to play blind draft.

Has this happened to anyone else. I'm not good at league so i never go into ranked, I wanted to play a game to night so i selected blind pick but i qued into a ranked game. I somehow ended up with people all in sliver (than me completely unranked). Needless to say the game went awful got stuck playing my worst role (adc) without even being able to pick a champ im comfortable with (had sup too boot). I even stated that i never clicked on ranked from the start. Has this happend to anyone else and is their any chance i can do something about this?
