Not receiving Blue Essence capsules.

I often play with my fiance and when I level up I receive the capsules normally; however, the last couple times she has leveled up (first couple were okay) she has not been receiving any which obviously means no shards or Blue Essence generation. I'm assuming this happened to some people after a patch. Is this a known issue?

I have been getting my blue essence fine lately. only issue here is dropping to 40fps with a 1080ti in game after 30 minutes.

You are receiving them, just long before you actually get the Level up and the ceremony that comes with it.

I think the XP meter for some players may be off.
