[Client] Overshooting Rune/Mastery Pages With Scroll

If you have your windows options set to a higher scroll rate (something reasonable, mind you, but just higher), you will invariably be almost unable to select certain rune pages. For instance, I have 20 rune pages. If I'm at the top one (0), and I hit the dropdown menu, I can see, let's say, 0-7. If I scroll down once, then my top-most runepage is 10. I completely skipped indexes 8 and 9, and there's no way to get to those.

Can you force the client to override the OS scrolling behavior, so that it's impossible for this to occur? Thanks!
