Panth Q Stab Bug

I've noticed this massive bug since Pantheon (and even Pyke) was re-released. When you tap q on Pantheon you are sometimes unable to do anything else for a split second after it goes off. It seems to only happen during games. Not in the practice tool. For example. I will tap q then try to change the direction which I was heading before pressing Q and it will continue to go in that direction, regardless if I was spam clicking backwards or another direction. This does not only happen with direction input it happens with other abilities as well, like trying to press w or e after tapping q. But the most egregious part of the bug is not being able to auto attack after tapping Q. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS. It is a very similar bug to Pyke's q stab bug.

i have noticed the same problem. i have played 2 games and it seems to happen when i spammed q, while spam clicking left(move attack) and right mouseclick. it would not auto attack after the q and just stand for 1 sec or 2. also the movement got bugged as you describe, could not move. also noticed he was stuck facing one direction and kept running backwards.
