Nasus ult falls off about the same time. Nocturne ult appears to do 0 dmg. I don't believe Nasus had any armor at this point..

Nasus retains his current health while losing bonus max health at the end of his ult. It's not that he took no damage, it's just that his healthbar didn't appear to move because the damage you dealt versus the max health he lost made it appear as the same number.
If he had taken no damage his health percent would have gone up, not stayed the same.
yea thats not a bug, nasus just lost his ult as soon as you hit him,
