[CLIENT] Black screen before loading into a game

[CLIENT] Black screen before loading into a game My friends and I have all noticed that recently before you load into a game there is about 30 seconds of a black screen where you just see summoner names and not much else. There have been a couple of times where the normal loading screen does not come up and we had to restart our client to get it to load properly. This did not used to ever happen to any of us so I assume it is an issue with the new client. This black screen happens every single game for me now.
