[Gameplay] Thornmail is completely unaffected by Sejuani's new passive

The bug: Sejuani's passive does not scale with thornmail whatsoever, despite literally upscaling her armor.

Steps to reproduce: Buy thornmail. Observe as the passive damage return is completely unaffected by Sejuani's increases armor.
